Every action, one right-click away.

Right-click any cell or column header to access the actions most relevant to where you are in the table. No toolbar hunting — the right options appear exactly where you need them.

Benefits

Context-aware actions

The menu shows different options depending on what you right-clicked. Right-click a cell and you see cell actions. Right-click a column header and you see column actions. Only what is relevant appears.

Auto-fit directly from the menu

Right-click a column header and choose Auto-fit column width — no need to double-click the resize handle. The column snaps to its content width instantly.

Insert rows and columns in context

Right-click any cell to insert a row above, a row below, a column to the left, or a column to the right — without leaving the cell you are working in.

Background and text colour per cell

Right-click any cell to change its background colour or text colour individually — without needing to navigate the sidebar colour pickers.

How it works

1

Right-click any cell

Right-click (or long-press on mobile) on any cell to open the cell context menu. The menu appears at the cursor position.

2

Or right-click a column header

Right-click on a column header (the area showing C1, C2, etc.) for column-specific actions — sorting, auto-fit, and column operations.

3

Click the action

Click any item in the menu to execute it immediately. Colour pickers open inline. The menu closes automatically.

Use cases

  • Inserting a row between two rows without scrolling to the toolbar
  • Auto-fitting a column width directly from a right-click without using the resize handle
  • Sorting a column in one right-click while reviewing data
  • Changing a specific cell's background colour to highlight an anomaly
